A Little Back Story

Besides Ron's passion for jumping off cliffs (which makes us wonder why we are following him), Ron came up with the vision of Careeradex the first day of his Executive Search career. After spending several years with Management Recruiters International and attaining the status of the number one recruiter in the Pacific region, Ron realized that his unique method of teaching his candidates would be beneficial to everyone. Ron spent several years developing and perfecting his Career Marketing Program. Since then Ron has sold the IP to a large HR organization and has taught this method to thousands of people who needed a job or wanted to enhance their career paths.

The lure of steep and deep powder (and building Careeradex) kept calling Ron. In 2008 he moved to Bellingham, WA so that he could be close to Whistler and Mount Baker (bigger cliffs). Most importantly however, the idea of helping people to develop their Career Marketing Plan kept his motivation and passion peaked. After a particularly good day of skiing and with the help of some equally crazy friends, Ron sketched out the ideas that would become Careeradex.

Careeradex has been able to make this program technically and financially accessible to almost anyone.
